Griffin stood close to the other Ancient, her twin tails giving off a soft light. "Where is this place?"

"Somewhere in the Plague territories", she responded simply, "I'm not really sure. I haven't ever been able to see exactly where. Rusty can give you a better answer, once we find him."

A few paces ahead of them, the Gaoler could see another source of light. It was a glowing pool, bubbling with a sickly stench. Griffin scrunched his nose in response, yet the Abberation ahead of him showed no response. Perhaps she was used to it?

"I'm sorry you had to end up here", she said, breaking the brief silence, "These are probably the worst caves to be in. You'l get used to everything in no time, though, I promise. The others will definitely be sure of it." Her second head something about "not being able to help" and being able to "prevent more from coming". Griffin chose to ignore it.

Now he could see a much bigger room, filled with more pools and even more dragons. One of them, a warmly-dressed Spiral, approached the pair with a surprisingly big grin on his face. "Wow, another one, huh? Well, thanks for bringing him here, Joe-Pye!" Without so much as a warning, the Spiral took Griffin's talons into his own, giving the Gaoler a handshake.
