Periwinkle, Protector of Plants
-- He's always had a gentle love for the small things in the world. --
Ever since he was little, Periwinkle loved to roam around in the gardens. He was so small that most of the flora shielded him from sight. Along with his blossom camouflage, he was completely hidden to any other dragons, giving him the perfect opportunity to pounce out and spook the gardener. Flutter would always jump and float off into the air, before noticing it was just Periwinkle being a mischievous little gaoler again.
His love for gardens wasn't just for mischievous pranks, but he also loved the beauty and peacefulness of the garden. So as he grew up, Periwinkle dedicated himself to looking over these small precious plants who protected him when he was just a boy. Overtime, the plants also became fond of Periwinkle and began growing into his fur, giving his pink fluff a highlight of ivy.
Through his guarding of the Nightshade's flora, he found a little friend too. Hidden under some tuilps was a little gerbil creature, no bigger than his paw. Periwinkle was amazed that such a tiny creature could exist, and he instantly wanted to protect it along with his precious plants. Since then Periwinkle took this little rodent, which he later named "Mousie" (despite it not even being a mouse), and kept it alongside him as his little companion of the garden.
