Despite his heritage from the Windswept Plateau, he is a paragon of the Light, who spends far too much time lurking in the Tangled Wood. It's his favorite place to explore and forage, for some strange, strange reason.
Rumors fly that he dabbles in magic no sane dragon ought, powers that should have been left untouched. That he touches multiple places at once. That he has flown on the current of time and passed unscathed. That he forces dreams into reality, and passes among the very thoughts of others. That despite the glow which clings to him, he moves past shadows unscathed. That there exists no difference between Andreo and Andrias, though shelled from dragons flights and years and great distances apart they must have been.
These rumors are true.
Yet they are also lies and fabrication, every last one.
