Biography
All the money and inventory of the clan is stored in the vault. To work in the vault, and guard the treasures inside is considered a great honor. The word of the vaultmaster is law, those who go against it are sent to the lab for their experiments. The vaultmaster is the leader of the corrupt clan, she is a crabby, half-blind, Spiral named Ketsueki.

VAULTMASTER - CLAN LEADER Irritable • Smooth Talker • Short Temper "Crime lord and leader of the clan, Ketsueki is referred to as the Vaultmaster by her subordinates. She guards the vault in which the clan's valuables are stored and controls who can watch over it at any given time. Not many dragons hold this honor, and those who do are under strict surveillance by Ketsueki. Her word is law. Anybody who disobeys her orders, especially one of those she assigns to protect the vault, is captured and sent to the lab for experimentation. For this reason, the families and friends of the guards often fervently warn the guards not to cross Ketsueki... as they know what happens to the dragons who do. When it comes to relations outside of the clan, Ketsueki is surreptitious and loves to make underhanded bargains. Other not-so-lawful clans will make covert deals with her, forming bonds and allies where both groups benefit. She may be half-blind, but she's a smooth talker and knows how to manipulate other dragons into making bad deals that her vault benefits from... Overall, this easily irritable dragon knows how to run a clan and a crime bank successfully. Hopefully, she'll be able to keep both of these stable.
