That's what Lucien believed, using his powerful arcane magic to control the earths light. He watched from the clouds above, the dragons living their day to day lives, not knowing the hard work that went into all of it.

"The plants grow from the light, and drink from the worlds water, and because the plants grow, the insects eat. And because the insects eat, the birds can swallow, so forth, and so on..." He would sway his tail inquisitively as he regaled them all. "If we do not protect the worlds resources, then what shall the light grow next?" 		image_11.png //

As it's always been, Lucien was there. Taking care of natures duty, feeding the young into the fully grown, it has always been. As Lucien grew older, and solitary, spending his days separated from the world he adored so much, he longed for another dragons embrace...
With no thought, he landed upon the world of the norm, and decided to grow himself a new companion, powered by the light itself. No longer would he have to be alone, no longer would he have to appeal to mortal kind. He would have his own immortal companion.
