Gloomwisp

Gloomwisp spent years drifting through life, feeling numb and out of place. He didn't have a loving family, he didn't really have any friends, and he didn't have a place to call home. He traveled from place to place, looking for where he belonged. He was starting to think that there was no place for him.

Then, he saw her. A Fae with shiny wings that caught the moonlight and reflected it back into the darkness. Her name is FullMoon, he learned. Fitting, he thought, as she lights up the night with her presence. Maybe she could help him find the beauty of this world, and a light in the darkness of loneliness.

The two Fae spent nights wandering the family graveyard and surrounding lands. FullMoon lit up whenever she talked about her beloved family. She told him that she'd introduce him, but Gloomwisp was nervous. What if they didn't like me? But introductions were made and he found them to be accepting and kind. For the first time in his life, this Fae felt that he had a group he could be part of, a group he could rely on. A family. He made it official by pairing with FullMoon and they had two beautiful children together.
