Chaos to Order
Ne Zha has recently arrived at the Sanctuary after a few years of letting his Chaos run free across Sornieth, startling the guards on shift and waking the entire Clan with his overexcited hello to Ao Bing. Not many dragons can sleep through that big of an explosion.
According to Ne Zha, he was just having fun and was unjustly driven out of those clans' territories after a "minor" mishap. Twenty separate times. Ao Bing's stories of him really didn't do his propensity for chaos justice...
After a few (relatively) peaceful weeks of Ne Zha living at the Sanctuary, a veritable mob of angry dragons tried to march on the Clan unprovoked, demanding Ne Zha's head. Unfortunately for them, by that time Ne Zha was everyone's favourite crazy little brother, and the mob was driven back easily. They came back with a compromise-- don't let Ne Zha return to their territories, and they'd leave the Sanctuary alone. It was agreed, and Ne Zha and Ao Bing have lived here in peace since.
