average (8); subservient, quiet, and astute, celosia's strength doesn't come from power in the way her siblings do. celosia has elected to use her lack of strength as a boon to play as a spy, and it's a role she is surprisingly adept at. she learned much of housework and cooking from emeline in order to serve her role well, and while dianmu was skeptical of the path her child chose, she also acknowledged that a subtle approach could certainly lead to more effective shade finding.

control level: low to medium. another surprisingly strong willed child in a way dianmu doesn't like, but celosia knows that she walks a tightrope considering what her siblings have gone through. she allows her mother certain levels of control and can be found in dazes when her mother needs access to her memories, but unlike most, celosia can come back under her own control when needed. dianmu is not a fan of that.
