Abilities:

*Contagion? - "Contaminating" others with random mutations, acting as Plaguebringer's Agent. Problem: Likely has never left Plague, or wandered far from it. Maybe she does so by tackling lost wanderers in the Abiding Oasis? Codename in this case to be Catalyst? Agent?

*Elemental Warping? - Causing dragons to have other abilities other than that of their original eye color. The more 'obtuse' the dragon (IE: natures), the more prominent the change, while the more 'friendly' the dragon, (IE: other plagues), possibly no effect. Again Catalyst as a codename?

*Growth or Health? - Alternatively, HER powers have changed backwards, which in turn creates the Oasis-like base in the Plague Lands for the mutant individuals. This could be a side-effect of the former?

*Elemental CrissCrossing? - In my current lore, the Oasis is a result of elemental lines crisscrossing in the center of the Sorneith world/continent, perhaps she attracts magical abilities to her? Unable to control the magics herself, but them simply existing together. Thiiiiss would make her as sort of an Overseer, where she would place those things that are "harmonious" in one spot while things less "harmonious" in another. A complicated power, maybe a larger growth of the second.
