In Starlit Landing, this is not an unusual occurance - in fact religious incubation rituals are frequently held in the Communal Nest by priests to ensure strong offspring. Urban legends say that to hatch young that are glowing with magical energy is said to be proof that a dragon is dedicated enough to their Flight. More skeptical dragons will argue that the rituals themselves are accidentally imbueing the eggs with magic, rather than them having been chosen by the Arcanist.
