Orchid

She's in charge of the wishing well. Dragons go to her if they wish to see what they would look like with different patterns or as a different breed, or to even change their appearance permanently, for the right price.
She herself has used the well and paid it's price, changing her patterns to something new and also shattering her gembond into sparkles; it IS a wishing well, after all.

She is pleasant to be around and talk to, but there is an air of mystery about her due to no-one really knowing anything about her and her past - when asked, she just smiles and changes the subject. She's like the nice old lady who also happens to be friends with animals and is also immortal.

Sometimes she sees visions of dragons in the well and saves their images and details in crystal balls she has on natural shelves around the area, then alerts the leader of the seekers and they go out into the world looking for dragons who match the description, or at least the colors. Quite often they cannot be found, and then one day they will wander out of the woods, looking quite lost and confused as to how they got here, or even where they are in general.

Her assistant, (TBD), takes care of the numerous orbs and is usually the first to know if a scry has become reality. [They] first tell Orchid, then go looking around the perimeter and take whoever [they] find to Windcutter, who will then take them across the mountains to the Tranquil Ruins if they are an interdimensional traveller, or if not, she will evaluate them and place them where they should fit best around the clan.

The well's price is treasure and gems. It's literally just the scrying workshop crossed with the specialty sections of the marketplace.
