Dr Lavinia Isadora is the highest ranking dragon in Facility 17. She has level 5 clearance and has been specially assigned to SCP 100 and 101. They are two Wildclaw male dragons named Bhasura and Ciksura respectively. She has a good relationship with the two, which greatly facilitates their containment. They both trust Lavinia and she has learned much about them which greatly pleases the Overseers. Lavinia is cordial and friendly to other dragons on site, but she prioritizes her work over friendships and is socially awkward. She is good friends with Amenken, because they are both cat dragons. She follows Leopardgust's procedures and rules, but makes it clear that she is not her subordinate. Lavinia is higher clearance and reports directly to the Overseers.

Lavinia grew up as an assistant to the scientists in the Oculus. One day when the scientists were out, she saw some unusual readings. It looked urgent so she ran for help but couldn't find anyone. The alerts kept flashing so she gathered some manuals and scrolls and went to the magical reactor room to check it out. She found a strange creature in the reactor room, sucking up magic from the ley lines. She readied her own magic to defend herself, and the creature attacked. It stole all her magic and left her drained before disappearing again. Foundation agents embedded in the Oculus arrived quickly and contained the creature before finding Lavinia. She was kept for observation and confirmed magic-less.

After that Lavinia felt she had lost a part of herself. She poured herself into old magic scrolls and magic theorem for any hope of getting her magic back. A system of magic foundationals called glyphs and runes intrigued her and practicing them she was able to do magic again! Even magic of other elements could be channeled with the glyphs. Arcanist himself recommended her to the Foundation, who remembered her and inducted her as a researcher. She quickly rose through the ranks and moved to the Fortress of Ends to receive her promotion to level 5. Her familiarity with all types of magic makes her specially qualified to deal with SCP 100 and 101.

SCP 100: Also known as Bhasura or "The Shining God", is a male Wildclaw. He was born in Water Flight, but possesses powers of three elements and one sub-element; he can use Water, Ice, Light, and Metal elements. He can also teleport in close distances or to places he is very familiar with. The current list of these familiar places is: The arena in the Hewn City, his old clan location near the Dusk sanctum, and the Tourmaline Archives. If he teleports outside of Facility 17, it is likely to one of these places. Bhasura is also able to sense the Shade's presence and is featured in a prophesy about banishing the Shade. Thus research into his potential to contain or terminate the Shade is ongoing. He is easygoing and mostly cooperates with containment.

SCP 101: Also known as Ciksura or "Light's Antithesis", he is a male Wildclaw with a large scar over his left eye. He is blind in this eye and the scarring has given him heterochromia. He can use three elements like Bhasura, except his are Water, Shadow, and Lightning. He also causes apathy in dragons that are in close contact to him. He used to have stronger effects, causing dragons to act irregularly and less aggressive to the Shade when he was possessed by the Shade. These powers and the Shade controlling him have been neutralized by Bhasura in the events leading up to their containment. Ciksura is now very cooperative and in control of his own body, but lingering feelings of guilt persist for what the Shade has done through him.

Containment requires that dragons are carefully monitored for the effects of 101, although Lavinia is immune to these effects because she has no internal magic. They are allowed to interact with each other and staff as long as they remain allied with the Foundation. The only method of neutralizing 101's effect is for 100 to fight him; using up his energy and releasing the effect. After a fight 101 takes up to 2 weeks for the effect to activate again. They must be allowed to fight when Bhasura and Lavinia deem it necessary, and guards will be on standby in case of injury or if the fighting gets out of hand. Ciksura also wears a jeweled eyepiece over his blind eye. This accessory was made by Lavinia and inscribed with runes that help contain his effects and protect him from the Shade invading him again.
