MIKE (Mike) He can't be trusted. At least, that's what Ruthenia says. Like all Lightning Sprites, this one is an attendant of the Stormcatcher, but it has been assigned the specific task of "overseeing the enactment of the duties of the Sabaron Clan," in its own words. Cold and dutiful, the sprite refuses to go by a name, addressing itself as an extension of the Stormcatcher's eye and talon--but Ruthenia gave him the name of Mike specifically to spite him. The physicist suspects that Mike's reasoning for residing in the clan is a lie. She thinks the real reason Mike is here is to watch her every move, uncovering her secrets to relay the information to the Stormcatcher. While most dragons regard him with respect (though not with enough to avoid his unwanted name), he and the Mirror have taken on a bitter rivalry as a result of this mutual distrust. The two of them are always confrontational whenever they encounter each other, but fortunately no physical conflicts have broken out: a clash between the raw magic of an elemental sprite and the optimized power of an armed technomancer would be catastrophic.

JETMAN the dragon is actually based off of my primary avatar on Roblox. Like myself with a bunch of unique avatars though, Jetman has multiple outfits--shown above!

His name came from a conversation with my friends, where at one point in time, I talked about how this avatar of mine wasn't really a character, but moreover just someone who represents me. I was big on a game at the time, that lets you fly around with a wingsuit glider and constantly builds up speed like it's powered by a jet engine; and this reminded me of the Dubai Jetmen, a real life group who designs 'jetwing' packs that they can use to fly through the air at hundreds of miles per hour.



The name stuck, and this half-character, half-persona has been called the Jetman ever since.
