When a new dragon arrives at the Tree, they are called before InTheClover and Emphasis, the Druidic Leader and Druidic Priestess. The leaders of the Tree judge that dragon's character and potential. Space in the Tree is precious and limited. Only dragons deemed to have skill and knowledge that can better the Tree are allowed to call the Fallen Leaf Tree home.

Once a dragon is approved of by the Druidic Leader, that dragon is directed to Amanita, who assigns them their job in the Tree.

Amanita keeps an extensive list of every dragon in the Tree, what jobs and positions are filled or available, and what jobs urgently require a skilled hand.

It is also Amanita who deals with any dragon slacking or falling through the cracks. InTheClover expects life in the Tree to flow seamlessly, and Amanita has the honor (and burden) of making sure everyone is doing their job to a satisfactory level.

She usually has a fair and understanding disposition. She tries her best to not put too much responsibility on any one dragon, and assigns help and rest when a dragon is burnout or struggling. But Glademother help the dragon that Amanita catches slacking or being lazy. Any dragon that cannot do the job assigned to them will be reassigned at best or removed from the Tree at worst.
