She came to the clan as a hatchling, in a basket and glowing with purple and blue. There was nothing but a note pinned to the basket, saying “IS”. From then on, she was named Adonia and raised as part of a clan. As she grew up, Adonia became more and more quiet and shut-in as she learned more about who she was and how she came about. Sometimes, she would get these random blackouts, a mysterious dragon would come into her dreams and teach her how to see dragons’ futures through ordinary objects like tea leaves and accessory crystal balls. She is considered a bit of an oddity and isn’t really popular in the clan. Rumors circled around the “IS” on her basket. Some believed it had no meaning and was just a random scribble her parents left there. Most said that it might be a short form for “Icewarden” and “Shadowbinder”, and that she was actually a secret descendant of the two deities; so she had the ability to predict and foresee the future. Adonia works as a fortune teller in her clan and runs a fortune-telling shop. Those who were confused or curious would consult her in her hut. They would ask her a question, and she would find them answers in her crystal ball, tarot cards and trusty teacup. Many tried to pry her for answers about her powers and her identity, she wouldn’t say a thing about it. She rubbed her eyes and gently put her teacup back on the desk, then looked up at her customer. “Well, the deities have guaranteed a glorious path in front of you!”
