The silver sound
is all around,
the colors fall like snow-
the feeling of letting go
I guess we'll never know
Sliv is a history keeper and story writer. However, he never learned how to read or write, or even speak. Instead, he finds large flat walls and paints his stories using various pigments from leftover food. When he began painting, his drawings were simple and dull, as there were no experienced artists in the clan to teach him. Through time and trial, and with the help of journeying artisans, he learned to use color and shape to make his drawing come alive. The walls in his den are covered in murals from floor to ceiling, and are constantly repainted as he gets bored or tired. The clan comes to him with their tales of battles, family history, or even that great spicy lemming soup recipe.
Once he was ashamed of his wings, which were dull and plain, but after migrating to the Icewarden's domain he was granted beautiful, shimmering wings, which he now shows off at every opportunity. (Given Facet 2/5/15)
