Golden-hearted and silver-tongued. You might be tempted to underestimate this dragon, but don't let the motherly demeanour fool you because this Pearlcatcher is no coward. Underneath the kind eyes and soft paws is a mind like a steel trap and a resolve that burns brighter than any fire. They don't surrender and they don't flee.

Not allowed in the kitchen under any circumstances.

Helps out at the docks when not busy at the nursery.

Hamaru the Heckling Hydrena was a gift from the clan's resident assassin, Hakke. Their relationship is... odd, to say the least. Hakke gifted them the pup with an off comment about how Ukiyo "would surely provide a better environment," likely a reference to Ukiyo's habitual time spent at the docks. It's a strange comment all the same, however, as Hakke definitely has a hydrena of his own, and surely takes good care of it. Ukiyo can't help but wonder if the gift had a more ulterior motive, or came with any strings attached.
