Biography

It was hard to remember who she used to be, after it had been so long. Hard, but not impossible. The ice that used to be her pride had been consuming her for so long that she struggled to feel or think of anything else. But... the memories... whether she wanted them to or not... flowed. Like a river untouched by the harshest winters, the current strong and unflinching.

The memories gave her strength to not give into the despair that the others felt. They had succumbed long ago but she was determined that she would not follow. She couldn't. She was the head of this place, whatever it's name was, the daughter of the founder. She was supposed to give everyone else strength. She would be a beacon for them, even if they didn't have the mind to know or understand it anymore. She hoped one day they would remember.

She hoped that that day would come before she did finally forget.
