Enrico Pucci
Enrico Pucci (エンリコ・プッチ Enriko Putchi) is a fanatic priest committed to a heretical notion of God's will and to DIO's plan to "achieve heaven". He is a loyal follower and friend of DIO, and his goal is to implement his plan by any means necessary.

As a teenager, Pucci was a good-hearted man, who tried the best he could to follow his faith as a future priest. When a tragic series of events led to the suicide of his beloved sister Perla, Pucci fell into despair and victim to DIO's charm.

He then became a radical believer of DIO's credo that humans were helpless before the many forces that ruled the universe, God's will and fate - which Pucci dubs "gravity". He sought to make every human know their fated paths via Made in Heaven's power, and give them the "resolution" to accept their destiny, calling it true "happiness". Essentially, Pucci wished that humans realized that they couldn't fight fate and make them at peace with their status as subordinates of fate, thus allowing them to "achieve heaven".

Pucci is a Stand User and manipulates the mind and soul through his Stand, Whitesnake.‎ Following the instructions written in DIO's diary, he later acquires C-Moon, which develops into Made in Heaven, an extremely powerful close-range time controlling stand, with the ability to accelerate time endlessly. As time continues to accelerate, the universe will hit a "vanishing point", and a new universe will be created, where everything repeats itself, according to "fate".
