Tabian

The two brothers were born to respectable dragons, a beekeeping warmedic and a lumberjack, and grew up well loved and tended to. Their mothers would be disappointed to see the condition they'd allowed their suits to fall into after leaving home.

The first, Tabian, is an anxious fellow. A wanderer, too nervous to go into town (and have to talk with shopkeepers!) to buy the supplies he'd need to upkeep his repair. This worsens with each rip and tear, as hiding his bones under a cloak becomes a harder task, and the need of fabric and increases with the likelyhood he could be run off by dragons unused to patchstitch dragons like himself.

At this point, he may be found lurking on the outskirts of clan territories, trying to guage the safest course of actions to secure his supplies. You could throw spools of thread at him like lunchmeat at a stray cat to earn his trust.
