Iridescence is one of the oldest dragons of the Mavericks, and is just about seen as everyone's "grand-dragon". She spends her time watching over nests while the parents are gone, or teaching hatchlings manners and such. Iridescence is very proper, even old fashioned, and does not deal well with nonsense.

She was taken in by Drab at the very start. A wandering elder dragon without a clan wouldn't have much of chance without help. Iridescence does her best to make up for Drabs kindness, as of helping keep the lair clean, fixing fellow dragon's unruly feathers, and telling stories of her youth to keep the hatchlings occupied.
