Personality: Calm and cold, Tiberius is efficient to his core and never one to let others do what he is unwilling to, his plans so carefully thought out as to have room to evolve should something unexpected happen- not that he shows any sign that he didn't expect any event that may happen. Tiberius can be somewhat affectionate when in the privacy of his den, but prefers to keep such interaction in private as his clan does not need to know if he has a weakness.
As cold as he can appear those who know him know it is a mask and a act he uses well and keeps around him like a shield. those he has given trust to know he is very creative and enjoys singing and stories, both historical and fanciful, and will often entertain hatchlings with them, sometimes with Tasi and sometimes alone.

Background: Tiberius grew up knowing he would never have power yet wanting the same recognition as his siblings who would become high ranking members of the court through marriage or through their own tenacity and skills. he was not so lucky as none needed a second tie to his family and he was left to his own devices and he learned until winter managed a grip on the land, when Winter claimed the land and laid a white blanket over the forests he stepped away from his usual studies and wandered sometimes the forests and meadows and avoided towns, villages, clans, and kingdoms to avoid the dragons who would demand his aid.
He often found there was one who listened to him yet never showed themselves, he often waited to see if he could catch sight of the stranger. he was patient and waited, catching glimpses of dusty colored scales and dark wings once in awhile while sitting in the snow covered forest.
