Cruelty's name was not given without reasoning. She was given a scroll at birth that once read, made her own head split in two. Now she only feels like half of herself, with the other half being its own head on the other side of her body. This made the both of them very very angry, and with nothing to take it out on, they attacked each other until both heads' eyes were heavily damaged. Now through distorted vision they take out their anger on other dragons by attacking them. The horns worn around her necks were removed from those most unfortunate. Dragons who did not escape; whose fate was determined by their wrath.
