Tidedweller

TideDweller and Caribbean were two spirits of the ocean who met during a raging storm. They bore five hatchlings in a clutch, whose names were Waterway, Undertow, Remora, Waverider, and Bubblesong. When the children awoke from the abyss into consciousness, the sea sang a song of destiny for the five children. All the noble creatures of the sea, from the gentle turtles to the powerful sharks, sang with the hum of the tides, welcoming these children into the world. Together, they had the power to change everything.

When last the storm quieted, the tides grew still. In the depths, moonlight sunk down into the pale silvery ocean. TideDweller and Caribbean found each other again and decided to have another clutch. Four hatchlings were born: Starsong, Tidewraith, Wavebreak, and Opalshore. The currents sang of their coming, but whispered of trouble in the depths of the sea. Three of the children would become great and just rulers, but the fourth--though they did not know which hatchling that would be--would crave power like bottom feeders craved the decaying meat of whale carcasses. And their lust for power could destroy them all.
