They have a rocket launcher. Wind-based. Shoots miniature cyclones for them. The safety's off (again); the barrel's glowing with swirling green mist.

Why a rocket launcher? Why not any less conspicuous arms? It's for Slaughter Time! It's all about the spectacle, after all. Spreadsheet (left head- their left, not yours, left of you is Widget) mans the cannons (the single cannon, anyway); Widget mans the magic. What, did you think they don't use their own magic? They're Shadow! Shadow doesn't make windstorms, but Shadow hides 'em 'till it's too late.

They met a fellow- he called himself Kyle (later said he was damned, never gave a real name), he called them a Fellow (seven and eight, both of them), and he asked them to watch. They know why he asked them: they're hidden in plain sight. They're respected, they're known, they're a champion thrice over! They bested an Emperor in the ring. No one crosses them, no one would dare. They can go wherever that fellow needs them to go, never getting seen 'till it's too late.
