This is rough... it came, I wrote... it is going to need a lot of work.
She's a combination of tossed-out alchemical experiments and a discarded egg. She is a lot like Cooper, with the exception that she is not an oozeling. She had been further along in her development than Cooper was and so it was a matter of the tossed out materials altering her physical state. Honestly, it was a good thing her egg was thrown in that goop bin, because the chemical reactions taking place within it managed to warm the egg enough for her to finish development.

Letter from Lady Stormy to Head Alchemist Azen:
Azen, this is the second time an egg has been altered in this way. We must find better precautions to prevent any more eggs from being affected by alchemy. I thought the lab had updated its disposal methods?

Response letter from Head Alchemist Azen to Lady Stormy:
My love, we have. We've taken appropriate action to properly dispose of the lab's leftovers. We learned our lesson after the discovery of young Cooper. Those bins were locked tight, how someone got an egg into one of them I do not know, but I cannot help but feel this was a deliberate act. In my opinion, I believe someone wished that hatchling harm, that is why I've referred the matter to Commander Myacc.

Letter from Commander Myacc to Head Alchemists Azen:
Reviewing your concerns and the evidence available, I believe your suspicions are well founded. We've opened an investigation into the matter. Please be prepared to have investigators in the labs questioning your alchemists.

Letter from General Talon to Commander Myacc:
Please keep me informed of the situation. I have requested Uma visit the labs as well to go over other safety measures if necessary. I do not think anyone took into consideration deliberate acts of aggression when it came to the disposal method.
