-The true power behind the throne; with her by Achelous's side it'll be hard for anyone to harm the kingdom.
-Thinks Achelous's naivety is adorable, but also feels a little frustrated by it sometimes. Still, she doesn't want him to change.
-Adopted Maeve into the family because she saw something of her younger self in her (and because having so many naive fools on the throne would probably be a terrible idea). She treats Maeve more like one of her spies than one of her children, but Maeve seems to feel more comfortable with that than with the way Achelous or Siegfried treats her.
-Background is a bit of a question, though she seems to be an orphan. She's very well-educated though, so its unlikely her family was poor.
-Created a spy network to keep an eye on things so she can properly keep Achelous safe. Found it a crime that there wasn't any sort of information network for the royal family before she got there.
-The one who properly implements all of Achelous' naive ideas. Because while his ideas are certainly kind, the things he wants are impossible when people are the way they are.
-Knows that she babies Achelous too much, but loves his innocent and naive personality so she's willing to do...quite a bit to make sure he stays that way. Her family are the only people she shows such a kind nature to, and is honestly kind of a bully. She doesn't even really seem to care much about the people, despite how she works to make the kingdom more stable. As such, most of her public appearances are for those that are necessary for her plans.
