One of the few non dragon members of the guild, Heather is a local forest spirit, and protector of the land on which the guild hall sits. If you are not invited or don't have a valid reason to approach the guild hall, then it is very likely that you will find yourself lost and going in circles because of her.

Heather first came to the attention of the guild during construction of the hall, when her favorite tree was slated to be cut down for the guild hall to be built in its place.
Needless to say, she wasn't happy.
So Libra struck a deal with the spirit. They would build around the tree offering it protection, and in exchange, Heather would let them keep building and help protect the guild hall. The spirit found these conditions acceptable and agreed, but kept a close eye on the hunters. They didn't trust them at first, mortal dragons could be so greedy, but over time relented that the guild were not going to harm the tree purposefully, much to Heather's eternal relief.

In the years since the guild hall was erected, Heather has become a staple of the lodge. Most new recruits are introduced to her by the simple task of watering or pruning the tree, under the assumption she is just a groundskeeper. Many recruits often take a day to recover from the shock of having met a nature spirit, and having them joke around. Heather is greatly amused by this, and perhaps that's why she tolerates newcomers and their challenges to each other to climb their tree, and Hux constantly decorating it.
