Byleiptr

Byleiptr was a strange occurrence in the clan, one who seemingly appeared one day without warning during a lightning storm, his eyes crackling with energy of the brilliant arks in the sky. Perhaps what was more strange was the fact that it was the dead of winter, snow and hailstorms were commonplace, not rain. The large, warm droplets poured from the sky and the Spiral simply grinned, watching as the water rolled down his scales. Hushed murmurs sounded throughout the clan, it had to be an omen.

Stjornur, in his quiet wisdom, observed from afar, meanwhile Isa approached the visitor, her eyes blinking in the rain. "Why are you here, traveler?", she spoke, her voice silencing the worried clanmates.

Byleiptr shrugged, a sly smile on his lips, "I mean no harm, I simply request refuge during this storm. The lightning is angry tonight, it would be a shame if we were to be struck." As if to add to his point, an electric bolt raced down from the sky, striking behind him, as other recoiled back from the flash.

Isa's narrowed her eyes at the display, the thinly veiled threat behind his words. "Very well," she turned her back on him, walking back into the shelter of the clan, "Frelki shall show you to your lodging."

The sea of dragons parted around the Skydancer, her heart racing from this Spiral. Something about him intrigued her, and perhaps she should've been scared or wary at the very least, but she didn't feel an inkling of fear as she approached him.

"Hello traveler, my name is Frelki, may I know yours?" she spoke, beckoning with his claws towards a building.

The Spiral beamed, following her, "It's Byleiptr. Thank you for your kindness, Frelki."

From that night on, the Sprial has remained in the clan as a Rain Dancer, calling on warm summer storms no matter the season. Though many continue to be cautious around him, for his strange demeanor and sudden appearance, even after gaining the trust of Frelki.
