Callum actually spent quiet some time with the ferals on the outskirts- though he would never speak of it... not that he can. His tongue was cut out thanks to him having such a playful attitude.

He was brought here by Vasileios, the young dragon putting in very good word for him and even though there was speculation, at the end of the day he was accepted.
