Biography

Catherine
the coast guard

Location:
The Thornbay Inlet,
the Outlook

Theme

Catherine then got to her feet and descended the steps, leaning in and grasping the merchant by the collar of his robes and lifting him off his feet with ease. Merchant withered beneath her glare.

"Pull these antics one more time and I will fling you from the peaks of these gods-abandoned mountains myself, you ungrateful, horrible little brat."

History

In her younger years, Catherine had wandered the world as a paladin; one of pure intent and driven by the urge to protect those less fortunate. Though time has hardened both her heart and spirit, and after suffering through injury, loss and betrayal, Catherine abandoned her mantle of selflessness and began looking after herself, instead.

Catherine looks fiercely to the members of her family and the dragons of the Inlet, working alongside Selgir to keep the Outlook safe. She is an adept swimmer and frequently dives into the Inlet's depths alongside Peony to scavenge for food, materials and trinkets.

The Obelisk wears her treasures of the deep with pride, for all of them had been lovingly crafted and gifted to her by her girlfriend.

Favorite treasures

Coffee Pot
There's always at least one pot of fresh coffee at the Outlook, courtesy of Catherine. It can get quite cold working out by the sea!
Seaweed Silk
Bundles of interesting material that are plenty and easy to harvest. Those who frequent the Inlet bring bound bunches of the stuff back to the atelier for Lady Silephen to use.
Woven Cloth
Various, beautiful woven cloths adorn Catherine's chamber within the Outlook. Most of them have been salvaged from sunken ships or washed-up containers.
