Lore he arrived with:
Once the prince of a wealthy clan deep in the Southern Icefields, Clover lost everything he had when he went out to meditate on his own, got caught in a storm, and woke up very, very far from home.
Clover is a good dragon at his core, but he can have a hard time showing it. He was raised to be cold and emotionless and perfect, and a lot of that stuck with him. The more time he spends with his mate, Hijinks, the more he opens up. He can't help it, not with the Mirror's boisterous, happy-go-lucky personality. She brings out the best in him. He's still a little snobby at times, but he usually catches himself- and when he doesn't, Hijinks lets him know.
He still misses home. He does miss being revered, a little, and he misses his family. Unlike most Tundras, Clover hatched with an extremely good memory. He actually serves as a historian for his new clan and family. He still wears the fancy jewelry and silks that he wore back home, as a prince, as a little reminder for himself that, though he may no longer be a prince by status, he is still a prince by blood.

Notes:
- Ruins Island was clearly once inhabited by at least one extremely powerful clan. There's an incredible amount of apparel and hundreds of wild creatures, many of which are only seen on Sornieth as pets. Just about every type of prey item and forageable snack is present. It's a veritable land of plenty. I am choosing to make the best of my situation. This is not the worst place I could have ended up.
- The island doesn't seem to obey or belong to any particular deity. Unaligned magic is the most prominent, but leylines crisscross like a spiders' webs, creating a messy mishmash of little pockets of elemental magic here and there. I believe this is why there are so many different creatures here. It's a very strange place indeed.
- Hijinks and I intend to start a family. I'm not sure we'll ever find an outside bloodline, but in the case we do, we plan to impose a rule that any pairing may only breed once. That will make it easier for me to track who is related to whom. I don't want to end up with any bloodline issues.
