Biography
The royal heir
Son of Twilight and Radiance (adopted)
Story (long):
A stormy summertime night Irani crawled towards a looming cave, lit with a few flickering candles. The cave opened up at a choke point, then widened further in. Irani didn’t look twice at the opening before clambering inside and sitting down on the stone floor. Water dripped off his wings, head and tail onto the ground.
He looked around, trying to make out where he was. He had gotten lost in the big storm, the clouds had darkened and rain fell and thunder echoed from the sky. He stood up, shakily and flicked off most of the water. He looked further into the cave, seeing two doors and more separate caves further in. His gaze caught on the closest door to him, it was a fairly average wooden door with iron framework.
He eyed the door for a bit, listening to the soft breathing of a dragon inside. He lingered for a bit before turning to walk away, towards the next door. He stumbled as he walked and fell with a thump on the stone ground. The noise woke up the sleeping dragon in the room, in moments the resident was at the door, searching for the source of the noise. Then she layed her lightning blue eyes apon the young wildclaw male, toppled on the floor.
He looked up at the adult nocturne standing in the doorway. They were both still for a few moments before she asked
“Hello?” Assuming that the young male was old enough to talk.
“Hewwo?” He answered, his voice shaky.
“Hold on a second” she said and before he could react she had turned and walked back into the cave. “Radiance wake up would you? There’s a baby at our door” she whisper-yelled at the other sleeping dragon. Who grunted before flopping over and looking at her.
“Can you deal with it for a second, I just got up, I need some time to fully wake up” He said with a yawn.
“Yes, Yes. I can watch him while your get ready.” She said before turning to the doorway and watching the young male crawl towards her. His tiny claws made quiet scraping noises as he walked into the dark room, with the two adults inside.
“Where are your parents little one?” She asked the obvious question, as the dragon approaching didn’t seem very old.
“Taken by the angry sky” he responded with a pout
“Oh” she had no more words than that, seeing that this young one no longer had parents. “Are you cold, do you want to say here for now? We have a warm and dry place further in, it’s not occupied. You could also sleep here with us.
“Can I stay with you?” He asked, his gaze hooked on her electric blue eyes.
“Yes, of course” she answered and then asked shortly after “for how long?”
“Forever” Irani cooed.
“Radiance looks like we are adopting this child” Twilight called, further into the room.
“Sounds fine to me!” He responded.
“Okay little guy, looks like you can stay.” She said to him. “Welcome to your new home.”
