The only heralds they would become would be those of chaos. Armageist is a duo to be reckoned with. They clearly were not selected for the Apergia line, so what are they doing in the Tempest Tower? Precisely noone knows, other than the Nightmare King of course, who just finds these two fun to observe.
Swirl-horned head is Armageddon, three-eyed head is Poltergeist. It's not very easy to mix them up though, as they quarrel and squabble very often. You can hear the sectors echoing with arguments of all kinds on a weekly basis. Rarely these two can work together, like when it comes to hating Ikarus they can get along just fine.

Poltergeist is sheltered, Armageddon is proud, an easy truth they would need to hear. Born into a bit of an insanity,
