Biography

Minola's cursed mother and former queen, eventually overthrown by her. Sycorax's husband (currently named Fireheart but that will change), is very ill, and agrees to be encased within chains that will lend her his strength, knowledge, and magic: the capacity and ability of two dragons. However, the magic corrupts her, and she eventually refuses to free her husband at all. In the resulting sprawl between her and her daughter, Minola, Sycorax is corrupted fully by the dark magic.

Her internal battle against the corrupting dark magic and her own benevolent conscience resulted in two split heads on her corrupted form. It was the remnants of her benevolent self, a three-eyed head, that dealt the death blow to herself.
