An enchanter with her brother.
These two moved to the city only recently, setting up shop quickly. Their products are incredibly popular despite their prices, as they are infallible. Often, enchanted items are easily broken, in need of recharging, or otherwise have a short lifespan. They're typically difficult to rely on, and the spells contained within them can be weak or unpredictable. None of this is the case for the products of the Pestilent Poet*. They are truly perfect enchantments; consistent, reliable, and permanent. The only dragons that have so far been able to remove a spell from any of their items have been the proprietors themselves. Additionally, these enchantments are nigh undetectable by laymen; only skilled dragons are able to divine the powerful magics stored in these items.
These two are often mysteriously absent. They go on sudden, undisclosed trips. Sometimes it's just one of them gone for a day or two, but occasionally the pair of them will disappear for weeks at a time.
They are an odd pair. By all accounts, they are friendly, almost bubbly, and professional. The average wealthy shopper delights in interacting with these artisans.
But to the sharp eye and the keen ear, there are occasional dips in tone and flashes of expression that send confusing signals.
They are a regular client of Jasper's.
