Anomaly 34617: Vanishing Enchanter

-Originally an employee working for the SAR Facility in the magic based research departments regarding Containment Level D threats, renown for his work as an enchanter responsible for many of the magic-based safeguards later implemented into various Level D containment procedures. The incident resulting in 34617's status as an anomaly occurred during an investigation into the properties of anomaly ████ in order to consider tighter containment procedures. Though having taken place in a controlled environment, as all staff experiments must, it's believed that either the experiment itself must have been inherently faulty on a degree unable to be fully contained even within a controlled environment, as the room and the employees present there were quickly over-taken by a very strong surge of mixed Fire and Arcane magic. When the surge passed, and other facility staff were able to investigate again with the right precautions, it was found that all those who had been present for the initial shockwave had disappeared completely. There was no trace left behind of any of them, including 34617. The scene was cleaned up and repaired with reinforcements for potential future incidents, and quickly forgotten about. A few months after the initial incident, staff in that area began reporting strange sightings of partial dragon manifestations that started as only lasting for a few seconds at a time to lasting a full on hour. It wasn't until a head manifested that the anomalous activity was finally tied back to 34617, and staff were given orders to approach and contain him upon his next manifestation. Surprisingly, he was very content to comply once approached, and now remains safely in containment for further research of his strange condition.
-Known by his legal name of Dr. Seref Zyere, his anomalous status has done little to change his original behavior. He has always been a very inquisitive yet cautious man, always greatly concerned with the safety of others around him before himself, and putting his work with magic towards ensuring that safety when he saw a useful chance to. None would say he was an overbearing individual however, his caution never got in the way of his or his colleagues work and only helped improve it with safer testing conditions. Zyere was always eager to act as a sounding board too, and always more than happy to provide as elaborate or thorough explanations of his own work as was necessary on the other hand. Though his condition causes him to phase in and out of the visible realm of reality, sometimes only partially as has been identified by him, he's been more than eager to do everything he can still to assist in research on his condition. But his time spent in the realm between seems to have had some effect on him. Zyere has shown a very gradual increase in paranoia towards his former coworkers, with one claiming he talked to them about a conspiracy regarding the original incident being intentional sabotage by someone within the Facility staff and how their top staff need to watch out in-case the saboteur strikes again. There is no proof at this time supporting his theory, but it is making him increasingly difficult to work with, as he will sometimes show distrust towards ambitious but lesser known staff members and anxiety over our better performing staff members such as Dr. ████ █ ████.
