Profession: He was a spy; now he's applying himself wherever he can in the clan. He's jumping into learning the ropes on battling as a means to protect himself should the worst come to pass and he's located in this clan.
Hobbies: This may be better suited for the "professions" side of things, but Axl considers is something of a hobby to collect secrets. He keeps note of odd happenings and information about his clan and clanmates, and has collected many of them in a diary written in code. As much as he likes it here, it's not a bad idea to know the inner workings of the place and what drives those around him. On the lighter side, it helps him really know those around him; on the darker side, information is ammunition, and he's not afraid to use it if he needs to in order to keep himself safe.
Background: After an unfortunate whistleblow? breach of secrecy, Axl has been quick to make himself scarce from his last post, making himself at home in an unrelated clan. He was also quick to change up his looks, going as far as to accept a breed change scroll and gene scrolls from the clan. He didn't stick around long enough after the breach to find out if he was compromised alongside his other spy brethren, so he's preparing himself to have to flee if found out by others. Living in a clan that functions as a glorified mercenary troupe does help him feel a bit better about the situation, however. They seem dependable enough in a pinch, so for now here he shall stay...
Info: He's something of a private individual, and doesn't like to share information about his life pre joining the clan. He's kept some traits of Nocturnes despite (and, in some cases, worked to keep them in spite of) the breed change; he's still almost concerningly good at mimicking voices, something he doesn't keep to himself. It's not super concerning to him that others know this about him; just an amusing fact and trick to pull out when interacting with those unfamiliar with him. Despite his size, he still likes to make a hidden den for himself in the main den. Having a mane is a new and delightful thing to him, and he likes to run his claws through it when thinking. Noteable Features: If anyone were to closely observe him, it would become apparent that he is something of a suspicious dragon. He keeps an eye on his surroundings in a manner that borders on neurotic, as if expecting the shadows to jump him. He checks behind him consistently, something that despite the subtlety he performs it with is obvious. He's still not as good at hiding emotions as he used to be, as others' personalities and moods no longer overwrite his own expressions and his dependence on that previously has left him with not super well hidden emotions. Most don't ask him about it, though; it's more commonly assumed he left an unstable, dangerous home rather than the decent chance he's wanted for involvement in spying.
