Biography
I found myself running through the place I once called home. The skies seemed set ablaze by the roaring magical beams. The panicked hums of my father shook me to my core. Where was I even running? Why did this happen so fast? My wings itched to fly, but my heart was beating so fast I thought I might burst. My lungs burnt from the strain but I had to keep running. I didn't want to be caught. The scorched earth beneath my feet caused my nerves to spring to life, my body realising it was truly time to get a move on. My feathers, my neck, my legs, my everything hurt as if I was being skinned alive. The last thing I truly remember before meeting my fate was the sudden silence of my father, before feeling the vibrations of my leg giving way. Falling I was, I was falling. No father in sight with a bleeding snapped leg.
What did I do to deserve such a fate?

He found himself awakened by the sound of footsteps coming closer. His eyelids weakly skimming open, he tried to make out his surroundings before losing focus once more. Going within and out of darkness was disorienting, it made his head worse than it already was. Assuming it had finally caught up with him, he allowed his eyelids to settle down. Death was coming, he just knew it.
But to his surprise, he found nothing more than talons gently nudging him awake. His groggy vision made it almost impossible to know what was being said, he couldn't lip read if he couldn't see straight now, could he? A few moments passed and he found himself wide awake, the surroundings unfamiliar and scary. He'd never been here before. What was this place?
Once he truly noticed the shadow looming over him, he had the instinct to freak out and run. But despite his best efforts, he found himself unable to move due to his broken hindleg. It sting so badly he thought he was dying, and he genuinely thought he would've if it wasn't for the kind face he was met with.
It was a pale coloured Mirror female, and she seemed perfectly fine with him being here. Her eyes made it obvious she wasn't from around here, her eyes a solid electrical cyan. What was a dragon from another flight doing here? Was she a traveller?
Regardless of what he thought, at least she was offering help with his leg as far as he could make out. She made sure to take tender care with him, not being too rough as the female began to bandage his broken limb.
And to his surprise, she wasn't the only one here either. A whole clan made sure to help her with his treatment. Had he just found a new place to call home-?
