PERSONALITY

Vibrant, rowdy, and wild in all the beauty of the word. Ha-Neul is a free spirit who goes where the wind, and artifacts, take her. She can be a little too loud for other dragons sometimes, but no one can deny the light and joy that she radiates. Her laugh is infectious and her energy boundless, making her a good companion for long expeditions.


ABOUT

Ha-Neul was born on an auspicious Tuesday during the early hours of the morning in the Viridian Labrynth. Of her nest, she was the only girl and the only imperial among her three skydancer brothers. Her parents, Ariadne the Archeologist and Geong-Ja the Purifier, knew she was destined for something great the moment they laid eyes on her. "Perhaps she will learn how to purify the rivers as well!" they said to each other. Ha-Neul, however, had other plans.

Ha-Neul takes after her father more than anything. Her mother is, well, a river spirit - and a very powerful one at that. Her father, on the other hand, was just a modest archeologist from a faraway village. While her mother carries herself with a captivating, demure grace, Ha-Neul is rowdy and unrestrained. She constantly challenges her brothers to wrestling matches and loved to race (and beat) them all over the Labrynth. Her mother had hoped to teach her the ways of purification, but it seemed Ha-Neul's power was just a fraction of her mother's. By no means was it insignificant, it just worked differently. For it seemed that Ha-Neul had a knack for locating rare materials in the earth and rivers, a hobby that genuinely interested her. After her father took notice of the, well, amass of materials that Ha-Neul was collecting in their den, he consulted his father, who was an expert scavenger. There, he sent word to his colleague in the Desert Mountains, a jeweler looking for apprentices. Craving what life was like beyond the thicket, Ha-Neul practically leaped at the opportunity. Thus began her journey, a dragon whose heart was bursting for adventure since her hatchday, away from the place she called home.

Nowadays, Ha-Neul can be found traveling through the Desert Mountains, going on expedition after expedition with Taurine the Scavenger. She and Taurine have taken an apprenticeship with Java the Jeweler, a wise snapper who turns their findings into beautiful adornments and accessories. Coupled with Taurine's expert digging and dexterous claws, Ha-Neul's strong wings and locator sense have made her an essential part of the team. It's hard work, but she could see no other place she'd rather be.


COMMENTS

Ha-Neul and her brothers are self-hatched from two Old Oaks rescues and I love them dearly. I was trying to go for #76000000 but hesitated, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
