Polytrichum

Born a mirror but now a tundra, Polytrichum was always a bit of an odd child. Her main problems lay with her fractured eyesight that supposedly let her see all futures, probable or not. Currently going against both her heritage and her actual breed, she prefers to live on the outskirts of her family's territory in a complicated underground labyrinth she painstakingly carved out with her very own talons. Polytrichum can often be found alone in these tunnels, sobbing tears out of her blank eyes made of the same light blue liquid seen inside of her. Those that drink the liquid she produces are said to gain incredible luck, being able to navigate the futures to arrive at the one they want. Her parents, Empetrum and Tomentypnum, visit her regularly but she otherwise struggles to remember any of the other mirrors that once raised her. Despite this, she has come to recognise the scents of some dragons that frequent her den for vials of her tears. Referring to her as "Poly" is a trick often used to get her to become more trustworthy and hand over a flask.
