While other’s say Qichao is a bit ‘odd,’ he would call himself daring. Seeking answers to the unknown he spends his nights in ancient buildings and graveyards, hoping for a glimpse of an otherworldly ghost or specter. He's even found proof! While others may tease or call his evidence fake, Qichao has a loyal group of followers who subscribe to his weekly pamphlet, like Khana and Yfasma, and friends like Grimoire and Chartreuse who ghost-hunt with him. Qichao stays plugged into the scrappiest, most underground news outlets he can and catches every bit of black market gossip.
