Nobody had high hopes for Almus when he walked into Maastein in the wake of his disorganised brothers. Within minutes, he was able to notice a gene scroll in between Maastein's piles of books and point out their statue was in truth a resting Obelisk. Maas thinks his eyes are wonderful; Cecelia thinks his eyes are just lucky.
