Carrus

Carrus embodies the sun, both in its rising and setting states. They are responsible for its cycles, for eclipses, and for both its birth and death. They are the patron saint to a cult that has been born in Their likeness, which believes They are related to the legendary Phoenix and represent that all must be turned to ash so it may be born anew.

Carrus is neither benevolent nor malicious, neutral in every way; they simply are, just as the sun simply is. That They and the sun provide the world with the required sunlight for life to propagate is nothing more than coincidence.
