- Athanasius has long been fascinated by the phenomena occurring within the Sepulcher and wants to figure out if the process of creating a Cryptkeeper could be done on purpose. For a time he stayed in Earth territory studying the tomb-palace, but eventually had to move on to continue his work elsewhere. However, he did manage to persuade one of the living carvings to come with him on his travels.
- Petra doesn't perform quite the same duties as the other constructs who travel with Athanasius. They mostly stay within his lab, keeping an eye on it along with Hearth. They like their routines, so traveling all the way out to the Charged Barrens to deal with the whole seam ripper incident has left them a little disgruntled. At least Hearth came along as well. The two have become quite good friends.
- They've really taken to gardening (you can lead a living carving to the outside but you can't make them give up dirt) but are prepared to shield-bash a fool if necessary. They are super not a fan of the Charged Barrens because THIS dirt is ELECTRIC and you can't grow things in ELECTRIC DIRT!!
