Progeny II1O has shown an exceptional talent for magic...
There was a Marker for every generation of gaoler hatchlings that have arrived at the Dregs, lately there has been one. Manix has an extraordinary store of magic, allowing him to preform the ceremony of marking a dragon with an Order alone. He looks into the past of a dragon, finds the truth behind their passion within the Orders, and select an order for them to join. After a short chant Manix can cast a spell to place an Order Mark upon a dragon. He gives them a name, their job, their future. What they choose to do with it, he knows, but he wont tell.
Manix has painted runes along his body, they are the unspoken words to the Marking spell. The powerful writing allows him to cast the spell with ease, he learned the he could use the runes to reduce the magical strain of casting it.
Ingenuity, modifying the norm. He is perfect for this.
Progeny II1O had accepted his new position and had chosen his name. Manix had showed a grand leap in his magical skill, the classes he took with the other casters had helped his progress immensely.
Progeny II1O was the first hatch of his generation, but he was physically weak and unable to move outside of his egg. Under normal circumstances he would have been abandoned in the cold, but his magic was out of control and froze the hands of any dragon that had an ill intent to move him.
Manix you must stop. There is no way this is sustainable, especially in your condition!

Now i like this guy, i have never written complete lore for a character in a single sitting i was happy with. But this guy. THIS GUY. My goodness this guy. Mwah.
He's an orphan (no hate to the original owner, it's just he's a goaler, his parents are not :,) ), thus the 'O' at the end of his hatchling name, second gen first hatchling, II1O. He's pretty mean, and he doesn't really care about anyone. He game a few dragons the job they didn't ever want because he hated them. His only good quality is that despite the magical tax of doing the ceremonies alone, he rarely gets exhausted by it. Big magical man!!

So far removed it's like he doesn't even see him as Gaolers.
