Fare has always loved messing around with forces of nature that aren't meant to be messed with. When he came out of his egg, he immediately tried to destroy an old artifact, using it in mysterious experiences. Said artifact allowed him to unlock the powers of lightning, and his parents feared the destructive impact he would have on the rest of their clan. To prevent him from hurting anyone, they sent him to the Empire to harness his powers for good as soon as he turned into an adult.

Being sent to the Empire was highly considered to be the best thing to ever happen to Fare. He was put under the apprenticeship of Una, who taught him everything she knew about alchemy. Learning such a skill brought a madness into Fare's life, and he immediately threw himself into his work.
