Lore Notes:
  • Hatched on the edge of the Wandering Contagion's breach into the ruins of Arcadia
  • Didn't start with as many eyes as most Sages (natural born Ophanim but distichiasis caused most to stay shut)
  • Taken in by Hochmael at first
  • Easily saw when potential bites could occur and avoided them when she could
  • Didn't see much further than that though
  • Worked with Raphael to try and fix her remaining eyes
  • She apparently just needed help fixing her eyelashes to get her eyes open
  • New sight let her see further, but after a few eyes were fixed it began to overwhelm her
  • Made fixing her eyes harder to keep her own mental capacity intact with her abilities
  • Slowly saw further and further with her own choices
  • Saw herself getting lost chasing after Levia
  • Only saw she'd find a new fiery friend down below instead
  • Went with it, ignoring her sight after that until she reached her new companion
  • Didn't realize she'd gone right into Zayin's domain
  • Only saw herself getting more and more lost as she wandered
  • Eventually laid to rest in one of the larger tunnels
  • Dreamt of a large serpent traveling through shifting sands
  • Found her abilities followed her into her dream as she dodged each bite
  • Woke up unintentionally from her dream when she managed to strike the serpent back
  • Found herself with glimmering transparent scale-like wings and shadowy patches on her hide
  • Didn't realize she'd bound herself until she tried to use her abilities
  • Just heard instead where she needed to go to leave if she wished
  • Did just that and took Zayin out into the light to get the last set of eyes treated
  • Didn't even know she was bound to a Barghest until the full moon came about
  • Was forced into the tunnels for the full moon to slink about
  • Now uses her abilities to predict her companion's mood so she can keep him happy in his little hidey holes
  • Always does her best to keep the Bitten Sandy Barghest safe
  • When Zayin doesn't blind her with sand, she succeeds
