Moonghoul was no stranger to responsibility and authority, but he'd prefer to better spend his time patrolling Quarantine Islet or with his mate. He quickly grew tired of the petty dramas surrounding his present position, and began actively looking for a suitable replacement.


Once Chief Scout of the Stormtide Clan, Moonghoul took over as the clan's resident plague ambassador after the departure of its previous one, Deimos. While he had some regrets about giving up the freedom he once had to roam the island as he pleased, Moonghoul had no problem with the responsibility the job entails and did not take it lightly.


Many years ago, when was just a hatchling, Moonghoul was separated from his birthclan during their seasonal migration. Instead of succumbing to the perils of the Scarred Wasteland as many lone wanderers before him had, he used that opportunity to become grow and learn; to prove he was strong enough to survive on his own.

Bullet Time
  • Not exactly happy, but not against the lifestyle he's leading
  • Pretty thin, but like 200% lean muscle
  • Mostly avoids others he comes across, but helps those who need it (as others have helped him in the past).
  • Stumbles upon Witch while scavenging one day, fighting big thing(tm) alone and goes in to help (it good eating after)
  • Surprised when she decimates it before he even gets there
  • She offers to help with something
  • They stick together while Witch travels through the Wastes because it's convenient and Moonghoul finds he enjoys her company (she's quiet, keeps a distance, can take care of herself)
  • Decides to go with her when she finally leaves the Wasteland (she knew this, of course)


He’s got a sense of honor, but that doesn’t mean he’s above using cheap tricks to win, though. Moonghoul says very little to other dragons, really only talking to a few select individuals within the lair.

The mirror is very protective of those whom he dubs his kin. Most of the other Plague dragons within the clan treat him with a deference for his accomplishments.

He used to have a violent feud with Deimos, the clan's old Plague ambassador, before the other mirror was exiled.

Despite never talking besides pleasantries, he and Mahkenuk have a quiet respect for each other. Both can see what the other has been through.

Moonghoul is surprisingly mild mannered for a plague mirror.
