Biography
Mimic holds an attention span in full for exactly two things: Alchemical experimentation and Soup (his wife).
Soup is the reason he became an aberration in the first place, following her into theForbidden Soup Wyrmwound without hesitation under the impression she had dropped from the sky accidentally. However unlike her, he was not prepared for the shock to the system that surviving the Wyrmwound would be. His mirror body melted away, retaining its snakelike skin and scales in his new form, his mind splitting into two to accommodate the two heads he now had.
One head now is inhabited by the corner of his consciousness that retained a hatchling-like sense of joy, enthusiastically babbling on about Soup at any opportunity. The other head's fractal of his mind is much calmer, seeming to drift between casual speech and formality on a whim. It is generally a mystery as to which head wakes up with which side of his mind running, though his left head (from his perspective) seems to generally be the sane one.
His many children with Soup are lovingly crafted by alchemy and handfuls of the goop that sheds off of Soup's skin regularly. Nobody in the Faewild particularly cares to ask How so long as he refrains from setting the forest on fire.
